MORAL MOTIVATION FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS

Introduction. The paper presents an analysis of the factors, conditions, and specific features that affect effectiveness motivation teachers. problems moral professional activity teachers higher educational institutions are considered. Research methods. questionnaire-based job profile diagram has revealed fundamental motives determine stimulating in activity. study relies on methodological literature, pedagogical observation, experiment. Results research. findings indicate incentives (attitude towards work as a personally significant value terms satisfaction from performed, inner comfort, psychological climate teaching team, others) for 35.4 % Conclusion. determined types ranked them according to their importance Various non-material have been shown depend age teacher experience.
